How are charities selected?
We have chosen nonprofit organizations that have proven to consistently help those facing adversity in their lives. All the nonprofit organizations are highly regarded not only for their work but for how their operations are run, ensuring that the donations made get to those needing help.
The three causes initially selected for the PALs Collection (Support for the people of Ukraine / LGBT+ Community / Racial Equality) were chosen as we felt they were in immediate need of help in the world we live in today.
How are the proceeds distributed to the charities
Half of your purchase is donated directly to the specified organization. Sales of the NFT collections will be converted to USD on a semi-annual basis, and donations will be made to the nonprofit organizations by check directly from Perpetual Hope LLC.
How many characters / NFTs are there in total?
There are multiple characters for each cause, with a total of 52 characters across the first three themed causes. Each character features 39 NFTs with different features for a total of 2,028 NFTs.
Where can I purchase a PAL NFT?
All of the PALs NFT tokens are listed on the OpenSea NFT Marketplace. You can view all of them on the PALs official website http://www.PALsCollection.com/, or you can search for them on OpenSea.io. However, all purchases must be made directly from the OpenSea NFT Marketplace.
What do I need to purchase a PAL NFT?
In order to purchase NFTs, you will need digital currency, a non-custodial digital wallet, and an OpenSea account. More help can be found on the OpenSea website.
Once you have these three things, you can easily purchase and trade NFTs through OpenSea.
Can I resell my PAL NFT?
Yes. All PALs NFT tokens can be resold on NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea or Rarible. This means that you can easily buy and trade them, similar to any other NFT. If a PALs NFT token is resold, there will be a 10% royalty fee paid to Perpetual Hope LLC.
Will a portion of the royalty fees be donated to charity?
No. Half of all proceeds from the initial sale of each NFT will be donated to charity. However, there will be no contributions donated from the royalty fees.
What blockchain are these minted on?
The PALs NFT collection are minted on the Ethereum blockchain through ERC-1155 compliant contracts.
